Muslim Law and Islamic Jurisprudence has been a known subject among the legal experts as well as students of law at home and aborad. It has been a compulsory subject for all law students both in Public and Private Universities of home and abroad. In fact, Muslim law may mean the law made by Muslim and non-Muslim while Islamic law may mean law made of shariahtic authority - that is al Quran and al Sunnah.

It is expected that, inclusion of all those aspects would make the book special and unique one to be subscribed. In fact, this is the 8th academic book of the author meant for tertiary level of studies.
